Noël Humphreys McCall

Drawing from over 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, executive recruiter, and civic leader in the Charlotte community, Noël McCall brings a wealth of knowledge and real world support to veterans as they navigate the process of finding employment as civilians.
A graduate of Davidson College with a BA in Political Science, Noël began her career recruiting managerial talent for an international firm. In 1989, she founded All Type Graphics & Design, Inc., a Charlotte-based graphic arts and printing company. During her 15 years as co-owner of the company, she also served as Vice President Human Resources and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all of the company’s production, financial, marketing, and human resource operations.
After the successful sale of her company in 2004, Noël worked briefly in higher education as the Director of Placement for a local college before contributing as a Partner and Consultant with an international executive search and leadership development firm headquartered in Charlotte. She supported Northeastern University-Charlotte’s expansion as Vice President, Corporate & Clinical Partnerships and currently serves as Executive Director for Patriots Path having founded the organization in July 2013.
Noël continues to play an active role in the community serving on the board of directors for Eagle Rock Camp as well as the USO of North Carolina and The Symphony Guild of Charlotte. She is an active member/volunteer in Women Executives, PEO and Rotary International among others.
Lynn Marilla
VP of Education and Instructor
Born in Alabama, grew up in Michigan and raised her children in Southwest Virginia. Lynn built an award winning career in the Staffing Industry. As an Adecco Franchisee, she quickly became the largest female owned and second largest franchise group in the company, with over $15mm annual revenues. During her career, she has served on the President’s Council, President’s Clubs, awarded Franchisee of the Year, Chamber of Commerce Small Business Person of the Year, Best Places to Work Award and most notably a delegate representing the Commonwealth of Virginia at the White House Conference on Small Business. Legislatively, she worked to reform franchising laws at the state and federal levels. For the past several years, Lynn has served as a career coach both in the civilian and transitioning military worlds.
Her non-profit work includes serving on Non-Profit Boards that include Chambers of Commerce, American Diabetes Association, Workforce Development Committee and the Executive Board Committee of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and as the President of Eagle Rock Camp. Her military connections come from a WWII Army Air Corps dad and a Navy son.
Dany Nisbet
Instructor & Volunteer
Dany possesses almost a decade of experience in retained executive search. She has successfully recruited senior level executives for public and privately owned companies throughout the United States and Europe. Her industry sector expertise includes private equity, retail, manufacturing, education, non-profit and government. Prior to her career as an executive recruiter, Dany was an attorney with Reed Smith Shaw & McClay in Washington, DC, and then with Poyner & Spruill in Charlotte, NC, specializing in business litigation. She is currently a Principal with Cameron Carmichael Executive Search in Charlotte, NC.
Originally from Columbia, SC, Dany graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude from the Honor’s College at the University of South Carolina. She then earned her JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Dany is active in the community and has served on the Children’s Scholarship Fund Board, Myers Park Civic Commission, the Mint Museum Auxiliary, and works as a volunteer with Patriots Path. She has three children.
